These Terms govern all access to and use of the Oddspedia platform, including sports betting, casino games, crash games, live baccarat, esports betting, fishing games, and any other features made available from time to time.
By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Oddspedia, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you access Oddspedia on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms.
These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on specific sections of Oddspedia, including bonus terms, game rules, and the Responsible Gaming policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy, the more specific document prevails for that subject matter.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and use Oddspedia. We take underage gambling seriously. Oddspedia reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the user is found to be under 18. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited.

Each user is permitted to hold only one Oddspedia account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them may be forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact Oddspedia support immediately at support@oddspedia.wine.
Restriction: Oddspedia does not permit accounts to be registered or used by any person who is employed by Oddspedia, by game providers whose content appears on Oddspedia, or by immediate family members of such employees.
When registering on Oddspedia, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact information, and any other details requested during registration or subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Oddspedia operates Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with standard financial compliance requirements. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or proof of address — before your first withdrawal or when requested at any other time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Oddspedia username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Oddspedia will not ask for your password by email or chat. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials before you report a security breach to Oddspedia is considered your responsibility. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings.
You may request closure of your Oddspedia account at any time by contacting support@oddspedia.wine. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is completed. Any outstanding bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
Oddspedia accepts the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (interbank fund transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All balances on the Oddspedia platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees.
The minimum deposit on Oddspedia is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be subject to rolling limits for compliance purposes. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Oddspedia account.
Oddspedia aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account identity verification must be complete. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account held in your name. Oddspedia reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
You may not deposit funds from a payment account that is not in your own name. Likewise, withdrawals will only be made to accounts verified as belonging to you. Any attempt to use third-party payment accounts will result in account suspension and investigation.
An Oddspedia account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. Oddspedia may apply a dormancy maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period. You will be notified at the email address registered on your account before any fee is applied. Funds can be released in full by logging in and requesting a withdrawal at any time.
Oddspedia offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback. All promotions are subject to their specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In all cases, you should read the specific bonus terms before claiming a promotion, as they contain the wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts that apply.
Bonus funds credited to your Oddspedia account carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated explicitly in the promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Oddspedia takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to claim bonuses, participating in coordinated strategies to exploit specific bonus structures, or placing bets that are contrary to the spirit of a promotion. If Oddspedia determines that bonus abuse has occurred, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided and the account closed.
The Oddspedia VIP Club programme is governed by its own terms, available on the VIP Club page. VIP tier status is calculated monthly based on real-money wagering. Oddspedia reserves the right to adjust VIP tiers, benefits, and the programme structure at any time with notice to affected members.
A bet on Oddspedia is final and binding once you have confirmed it and received a bet reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in the specific circumstances described in section 6.3. It is your responsibility to review all bet details before confirming, including stake amount, selection, and odds or game parameters.
Odds displayed on Oddspedia are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Oddspedia uses decimal odds format by default but offers alternative formats in user settings. Odds may be subject to movement due to in-play activity, market conditions, or other factors.
Oddspedia reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors where a price was clearly incorrect due to a technical fault; events that are cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the settlement window; instances of irregular market activity suggesting manipulation; or any other circumstances where settlement cannot be determined with certainty. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to your Oddspedia account.
Oddspedia applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per event across all betting and gaming categories. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface. Single-bet winnings above the maximum may be settled at the maximum payout amount. This applies to all cricket betting, esports, casino games, crash games, and live table games on Oddspedia.
In-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily to reflect live match events. Bets placed just before a suspension may be voided if they are found to have been placed after the relevant event occurred. Oddspedia's decision on the timing of market suspension and bet validity is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Oddspedia and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:
Account Action: Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed immediately. All balances — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if wrongdoing is confirmed. Oddspedia cooperates with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering.
All content on the Oddspedia platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and software — is the property of Oddspedia or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Oddspedia platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from Oddspedia without prior written permission. Game content provided by third-party providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and SmartSoft is licensed to Oddspedia and subject to those providers' own intellectual property protections.
Oddspedia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with Oddspedia, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, detect fraud, communicate about your account, and improve the Oddspedia platform.
Oddspedia does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oddspedia excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations — express or implied — relating to the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from defects.
Oddspedia is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical faults during in-play betting, game disconnections, or payment processing delays. In all cases, Oddspedia's maximum liability to you in connection with a specific incident is capped at the amount of your stake or deposit directly involved in that incident. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Oddspedia reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file and/or via a notice on the Oddspedia platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required urgently for legal or security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of Oddspedia after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support@oddspedia.wine to close your account and withdraw your balance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Oddspedia is licensed and operated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through Oddspedia's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in Oddspedia's licence conditions.
Before escalating any dispute formally, you agree to contact Oddspedia's customer support team at support@oddspedia.wine in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for resolution. Oddspedia aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final decision within 28 days of receipt.
